Our Work Methodology

1. You hire us

Once you hire us, we will send you a “Get To Know Us” form to fill so we can see your pages, receive your files, logo and data.

2. We communicate

Since no two companies are the same, and each individual business has its own unique identity, our service is completely customized for you, and it is not a one-size-fits-all. We communicate with you on a one-on-one basis, to understand your business, image, voice, and unique identity. We want to learn more about your business, services, and products, and what differentiates your business and sets you apart from the other.

3. Ten Day Grace Period

We set out a ten day “grace” period after you sign with us to enable us to spend time getting to know your business inside-out, to ensure that our work will accurately reflect your business identity. Only after this first 'get to know each other' grace period, would we actually start posting to your social platforms. A lot of thought, research, and work goes into this initial period before the first post ever goes online. Don't worry; the 10 day grace period is on us!

4. We Start

We mark the date of the first post, and your renewal fees will be one month from that date.
